Our Annual Ghost Walk

Now a three-day event thanks to its growing popularity, the Halloween Ghost Walk welcomes everyone to enjoy the scares, laughter, and spirit of community that keep people coming back year after year. This event has grown in popularity over the years, attracting families from all over the Grande Prairie area.

The expansion from one night to three is proof that visitors love the thrills, the atmosphere, and the chance to be delightfully spooked at the McNaught Homestead and in the surrounding woods.

  • Attendance is by donation to help cover expenses for this popular community event and ongoing projects. Thank you for your ongoing support.

As you can appreciate, the event requires many volunteers to help with set up before and during each evening. If you are available to help and volunteer in any way, please contact Peter at 780-354-2864, or contact us.

Summer Art Festival & Strawberry Tea

The Summer Art Festival and Strawberry Tea, a popular summer fundraiser, brings together art, nature, and tradition at the McNaught Homestead.

The festival offers something for everyone: explore the homestead, meander along the beautiful trails, and view art-inspired displays.

Take a fun wagon ride in nature to visit the boardwalk at McNaught Lake. With Trumpeter Swans often nesting, you may catch a glimpse of the swans and their cygnets, making the day even more memorable.
